Einkorn wheat is one of the grains civilization was built on, some 10000 years ago. It is so special and we are very proud to still be growing this crop in 2020.

The seeds itself is much smaller than most other wheat, and grows encapsulated in a tiny husk which is removed before eating and/or milling. This is one of the reasons einkorn is a little bit more expensive than other wheat.

Behaving somewhere between bread wheat and rye, einkorn has a flavour unmatched by an grain, and is great for making bread, pastries and other baked goods.

Our signature oil. A nutty, flavoursome rapeseed oil with more flexibility than your average cooking oil. Perfect for frying, roasting or as part of a salad dressing.

Spelt is thought to be a natural cross between wild emmer and goat grass. Spelt is similar in baking quality to our familiar bread wheat, however harbours a delicious, nutty flavour.
