An exclusive product born out of WastEd at Selfridges in 2016 by chef Dan Barber. Duchess RAW oil is an unfiltered extra virgin cold-pressed oil. It has a more nutty, earthy flavour than normal cold-pressed rapeseed oil and makes an excellent salad dressing.

Einkorn wheat is one of the grains civilization was built on, some 10000 years ago. It is so special and we are very proud to still be growing this crop in 2020.
The seeds itself is much smaller than most other wheat, and grows encapsulated in a tiny husk which is removed before eating and/or milling. This is one of the reasons einkorn is a little bit more expensive than other wheat.
Behaving somewhere between bread wheat and rye, einkorn has a flavour unmatched by an grain, and is great for making bread, pastries and other baked goods.
