Rain, Rain and more Rain

After last years horrendously dry July and August we definitely need some rain to create a nice bed for drilling seed. However, we also need the remaining wheat to dry off enough to be able to combine. This leaves us in quite a predicament.

The weather for the remainder of the week looks patchy which we can probably get away with but hopefully next week will be dry and sunny so we can clear the fields and start preparing the land for drilling.

Until then, we can crack on with servicing the combine, tractors, quad and pretty much every other vehicle so that when we're in full swing, nothing will stop us!
